Agencies or families can connect with BRIGHT NEST’s Intake Coordinator and Program Director. The participant will be assessed individually based on individual needs and suitability for the programs that we offer.

How Does It Work
The participant will be assessed based on their: ● Complex challenges ● Willingness to accept assistance ● Demonstrating interest in engaging in a suitable program ● Accepting the need for service
Our intake coordinator will then collate the initial interview notes for ● Determination of appropriate service ● Client/Family or agency visit home ● Determination of timeline ● A review of the referral information
The Bright Nest requires the following information and documentation: ● Social History. ● Psychiatric or psychological reports. ● Medical and academic assessments.
